I believe the answer is D because Men's, William's, and Children's seem punctuated correctly. I could be wrong but that's what i think....

Ya that's what i thought too.
Type it into Microsoft Word. And it should underline the ones that are wrong.
It is B I am pretty sure.
Because men is already plural so it is men's NOT mens'. And it is: the Williams' because it is referring to a family, not a singular person named William. And it is children's because children is already plural. You wouldn't say childrens's. I hope that makes sense.
