Okay the only real quote I know from there that I personally think is sincere is "The Only thing we have to fear, is fear itself."   And hears another one . "For the trust reposed in me I will return the courage and the devotion that befit the time. I can do no less." "May He protect each and every one of us. May He guide me in the days to come."

What I interpreted from this quote was  that FDR is going to be doing this and this, he will always show courage and be the President that  the "people" want  as long as they trust him. have faith in him so to speak and he will do the same for them! He "understands everyone" . Do you need me to go on longer?  And do you want the first quote?
