I'd say the pros and cons of babysitting/daycare is that you're putting your child into the hands of a (most likely) stranger, trusting them with your child. but then you will be providing someone with a job, income and you're free from your child (not trying to make it sound like being freed from jail, but you get my point)

And for the most beneficial form of service depends on your personal opinion. If you are unable to drive, or you have no way of getting a child to a daycare, a babysitter would be best. However, if you felt uncomfortable with someone in your home, or you feel that your child would enjoy other children's company, you might want to take them to a daycare (Sorry for the two long responses)
