gravitational force on a object is given as F = 4*10e14 (m/r^2), mass is given, r is given. I need to find out the work required to bring a satellite from the surface of Earth into low Earth orbit, which is 100km above surface of Earth. if this satellite has a mass of 500kg and r is 4.8e6, how do I set up the integral? Work = Force * displacement, but r would change as this satellite moves up....how do I account for that?
