Thanks @savannaxx_ for your idea I decided to make a short story about a girl her mother is on time for dying and after few years her father died she gets sick and in school people bully her for just being a orphan no mother no father but now I'm stuck I want a really huge conflict I really don't what to write can u help me...

sure. how about she gets adopted but her foster parents end up being serial killers. that could be a conflict...

ok fine. the serial killers kill somebody who has a bone marrow match to her mothers and it saves her mothers life.
