Have you ever had to adapt to a sudden change? How did you do it? What helped you prepare?

well there really no way of adapting you just have to go step by step till you finally get used to it, it will take time just have patients and take everyday one at a time. don't lose patients.

When my uncle killed himself, my whole family had to figure out what was going on. I know I could do nothing without my family then, but I was so far gone, I never realized that people were there for me. I guess there was no way to prepare, just expect the worst and you'll never be disappointed. And always have a support system prepared.
