OpenStudy (jbo11):

Evaluating the integral of 8t^2 cos(t) dt, wondering where I missed something.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

i take it your got stuck in a cycle?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

by parts, derivative of 8t^2, integarte cos(t) you get a few iterations till it zeros out

OpenStudy (jbo11):

i made u=8^2 and dv=cost

OpenStudy (anonymous):

integrate by parts again and again till it is free of x

OpenStudy (amistre64):

good, if we table it up we get: cos(t) + 8t^2 sin(t) - 16t -cos(t) + 16 -sin(t) - 0
