Describe the role of animals in the water and carbon cycles.

I've already tried:
nimals are one of the places where water is stored in the water cycle (along with plants).

Other places where water is stored include: oceans, lakes, rivers, streams, atmosphere, groundwater, etc. water moves from one place to another through various processes. water moves into animals when they drink it, and moves out of animals when they excrete it or it evaporates from their skin.

But my feedback was:
A description of their role in the carbon cycle is also needed for full points.
