Well, if we were talking sig figs we shouldn't have it :p. But yeah, I think we need the zero. Unless OP meant the TENS place, in which case the answer would be 1070.

It seems like a number where you're supposed to round to the tens place actually, since it's 1069... but I don't know.

well..the question said tenths, not tens, so that is what I put. I am pretty sure that you need the zero...but not 100% sure
