IF you think about it, they already had free time, and they really had no climate control, neither did they have control on the food of the area unless they grew it themselves. Or kept moving till they found food So, A,seems pretty important. Now when we're in a large group we automatically have a "Leader" of the group, kinda like the Americas has a president and now pretty much every country now has a leader of that certain area or group.
