The angle of depression definition is not clear to me,
sounds like the angle below horizontal, so the interior angle of the triangle would be90-27 = 63o. Could be 27o if that is what the expression means.


Whichever angle it is the length from the tower is then obtained from
tan(angle) =(length/height)
