Even though I kind of disagree with the Kublai Khan portion of the question, the only answer that makes sense is (B) Tokugawa. The Tokugawa shogunate united Japan and restricted foreign trade to designated port cities. The Mongol invasions under Kublai Khan took place almost 400 years before the Tokugawa took power. By then, the Mongols were already gone from China. Bushido is a series of accepted behaviors for samurai (Japanese chivalry). Shinto is a religion focused on nature. And Mongol is just funny because that would mean that Kublai Khan defeated himself (Kublai Khan was the Mongol ruler of China).
