Carbohydrates are molecules composed of carbon and water (hydrate). These are readily found in most plant based foods such as starches (grains, breads, cereals, potatoes). They are also available in sweets such as candies and processed foods. Most soda pop that is not labeled "diet" contain lots of sugar. I would suggest using more natural and less refined sources of this.
