For me its gene flow because it involves the transfer of genes from one population to another, whilst genetic drift is the change in the frequency of a gene variant in a population. In gene flow you might have different types alleles coming together whilst in genetic drift its only the number of that allele which is increasing or decreasing. Founder effect i answered that in your previous question and bottleneck effect reduces genetic variation a lot.
