It seems that when I log on with my usual account that I get nothing but a disconnect message.

amistre64 ... i dont think i got banned or suspended, at least not yet :)

@Preetha i think the ads are messing with my load time. Other than the mod tools, they seem to be the only thing that is different between a mod account and a nonmod account.

No problems at all with the site currently. Mods shouldn't see any ads if I'm correct by the way. If they mess up the site for you, try an add blocker.

I encountered more users with problems similar to this in the past. For example the ambassador joannaxox3. She suddenly wasn't able to load anything anymore. Even Preetha wasn't able to fix that, she had to make a new account. I hope this isn't the same problem.

i can see my avatar up in the online cue with this account, but i simply cannot log in. I installed an ad blocker and no improvement. its rather absurd that i can log in with a new account, but cant do a thing with my mod account .... @thomaster @preetha @whoeveriscodingthesitethesedays

i see that the smartscores seem to all be working, but I still cannot access my mod account. I cant think of any reason it would be an issue on my side. I have tried multiple browsers, different computers and different locations, i can access the site with a new account ... as can be evidenced over and over again in this post, but my mod account just sits and spins with a 'trying to reconnect' message. Did I break my account by using it too much?

oh, and i found a flaw with using random fake emails .... i went to google and opened an account as openstudyuser123@gmail.com in order to have a more permanent 'other' account, but when I used it to sign up to the site here it said that someone else was already registered with that email account. In other words, if someone uses a fake email they block any potential user that actually has that email account.

the 503 errors seem to have been taken care of. For a brief second on friday i saw the math section ... but then the trying to reconnect came back and no luck since then.

it seems i was able to 'trick' the program a little. I was browsing the site as an outsider and opened a new window. I logged in with that window as it sat and spun the wheel of death. In the other window I was able to interact for a brief period until it gave up the ghost ...
