c, sharing a fork can't really give you HIV, it can be passed if you share a lot of saliva but im pretty sure there wouldn't be globs of the saliva on the fork

It depends on the circumstance, really. But if you and the other don't both have bleeding cuts in your mouths, sharing a fork would be safe-ish.
