It looks good; don't forget you can always just run the code too; the interpreter will give you much faster feedback, and if it gives any errors, listing the error here can help you get to the root cause.

Also, I believe it's better to just put your code directly into your post rather than linking out to it, as some of the more security minded won't click off to urls from strangers

That's almost it, but not quite! The program is supposed to ask for your date of birth first, then your last name, and then print your last name and date of birth, in that order. Also, do note that your program will show: What is your last name? :name If you wanted it to show: What is your name ? : name then you should write instead: name = raw_input('What is your last name ? : ') Yes I'm nitpicking ;) And for all I know, that's exactly what you wanted it to show, but my point is just that spaces matter in strings!
