The diagram below describes events leading to the Declaration of Independence. A flowchart of four boxes, the ones on the left pointing to the ones on the right. The first box says, British fight the French and Indian War. The second has a question mark. The third says, British ignore colonial grievances. The fourth says, Declaration of Independence is approved. © 2013 FLVS Which is the most likely reason for an event that could fill Box 2? American colonies were wealthier than other British colonies. British sympathizers conducted the Boston Tea Party. The British lost the French and Indian War. The French and Indian war was expensive.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think it is the 3 one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I thought so to, but the British actually won the French Indian War, I am a little lost with the question but why don't we figure it out together and do process of elimination?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The only one that makes sense is the last one.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its not c

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The French Indian War is also known as the 7 years war and it was very expense, for the British and it makes sense that they would then ignore the needs of the colonists because Britian was struggling after the war

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sure...one more question

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How did the U.S. Constitution solve the problem created by a weak judicial branch in the Articles of Confederation?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The Articles of Confederations lacked the implementation of power for the federal government. The Constitution made up for this lacking and established the Executive Branch of government.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well these re the answers @clarkydances It required unanimous consent by the states to amend. It required support of six of the 13 states to amend. It required support of nine of the 13 states to amend. It required a two-thirds vote in Congress to propose amendments and they dont match with the one you gave

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its either b or d

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not thus these It gave the Supreme Court the ability to enforce laws. It gave each state sovereign authority over its laws. It required the Supreme Court to resolve disputes between states. It required unanimous consent of states to be amended

OpenStudy (anonymous):

idk...im sory

OpenStudy (anonymous):
