A question.
BTW, I contacted the email that it gives you, but I never got an answer, and my suspension wasn't raised until it was over. People need to check the emails sent to them, abuse@openstudy.com is useless if nobody responds.
It just means that someone reported you a lot. It doesn't mean that you reported people too many times.
I thought that the first time it happened to me too. But don't worry, that's not the case ;)
I would also like everybody that reads this, to give their opinion about whether I should have been suspended or not.
It's incredibly easy for people to abuse reports. It's an automatic sus, so the mods took no part in it.
I was falsely suspended, and when I told OS by email, I got no answer what so ever in the 20 hours that I knew about it.
Why didn't my emails get answered?
@connectionsacademyy
Not sure. @Preetha might be able to clear it up.

If you look at the first question and the last question he posted, you can see how abusive he is.
Who?
connections
view his detailed profile, and look at the questions he has asked.
Is there any way to ban connections for life.
@e.mccormick and @mathmale, can you look at everything I have posted above.
Well, I am just going to wrap up this post, but if I am falsely suspended again and the OS email doesn't get answered, then I will leave OS. I really needed help today with some of my work, but now most people have left. If I wasn't suspended, I could have asked my questions and gotten help. I really don't want to leave, but I'm very upset that I couldn't get help that I really needed today. There's nothing that anybody reading this can do about it, but I'm just saying. I'll just be another person that will leave OS.
Really though, it's a common thing. If it happens, just make a new account. They won't get on to you if you make a new account under a false suspension.
The community ban is a good idea poorly implemented. Usually mods get notified of the suspension and reinstate users in a matter of minutes. But our notifications are not working, so nobody knew. It is up to the admins, not the mods, to answer the abuse@openstudy.com email. One admin described it to me off the record as a "cesspit." Think of the howling trolls that must spam it and it's easy to see why no one wants that job, and how legitimate emails get lost. But excuses are not reasons. I'm sorry.
