how can you calculate the magnetic and electric field of the charge travled with speed v and lacated r distance from infinitly lines of charge?

OpenStudy (festinger):

For magnetic field, you can use Ampere's law. Just do an amperean loop around the current. For the line of charge, you can do so with Gauss' law (I think, I'm a little rusty with my electrostatics).
