1. Myth, you should not feel pain from workouts if you feel pain you are hurting yourself and should stop what you are doing and reevaluate your technique 2. Fact diet is very important for your health and you can still gain weight if you consume excess calories 3. Myth beauty and femininity is subjective 4. Myth you might have fat on your stomach and targeting areas with fat does not work to remove fat in that area although it really depends on your body and diet. 5. Myth as someone who studies biology this is just wrong, it is probably perpetuated because people may gain fat after they stop exercising due to maintaining a high caloric diet Ok I'm done Just go to a search engine enter these questions and you should be able to find your answer... If there is a particular one you are having trouble with I can help you but you can find the answers to these on the internet very easily
When I say targeting areas does not remove fat I mean that if you have large fat stores on your legs and stomach, and you do crunches you wont necessarily lose fat from your stomach before your legs etc, targeting a specific area for fat removal does not work
