Yes. When you get a message there should be an option to report. It says 'Report Abuse' and then type your reason.

You click that and report them, or you can personally message a moderator letting them know your concern.

Yeah contact a moderator, talking with someone can be a lot better then clicking report. You shouldn't have to be bothered by someone online.

Don't forget you can change your settings to only people you fan can message you.

Messages can also be reported.  Normally a message is only available to the sender, the recipient, and administrators.  However, when they are reported using the Report Abuse button, lower right of reading messages, it sends a copy in with the report.  That lets the moderators read the message as well so we can look into the problem.
