It's happened with @Opcode, and it's happened with my notifications too. And it was those two messages, and there was one other long one that I got at least 8 times in a row ;_;

I have noticed delays to the notification server.  So you get tagged and it does not pop up right away all the time.  I think this sort of delay can cause duplication.  My idea is that if it does not get confirmation of reception, it sends again.
