What is the difference? 4/3 - 7/9 A. -1/2 B. - 1/3 C. 5/9 D. 11/12

so if you want to subtract you have to find a common denominator
so we can multiply the top and bottom fo 4/3 by 3 and get 12/9
so now we have 12/9-7/9 which is the same as \[\frac{ 12-7 }{ 9 }\]
so just subtract 12 from 7 and put it over 9
So it's C. I thought it was the answer,but i'm not good in math and so I wasn't sure
