follow the x axis to 25 degrees celcius. move your finger straight up until it hits the blue line. based on the y-axis, how high up is it? 19
just below 20
yup. thats it. and if you look at the scale onthe y-axis, it tells you that the scale is in grams/100g h2o. so its 19g/100g H2O
