It takes Preetha a while to get through all her messages, be patient and it should be fixed within 24 of your message to her :)

I've had that problem before and lived with it for a week before messaging preetha :P
such profile breaks are not uncommon, it's nothing to worry about :)

It's already 24 hrs and she just said what do you mean by profile after that when I explained her again yesterday, she did not answer

The past few days there has been some issues with the website. Smartscores and profiles are often under attack by the "orange war" but they mostly have been fixed. Don't worry about it too much. My profile once was broken for over a month (during the orange war a few months ago).

hey @coralgirl...i agree this bug is annoying...but i m sure preetha and her team are doing everything they can to remove it! they r a very good bunch of warriors and we would be victorious in this orange war 2!!!

I have problems with my page occasionally, but it's definitely no reason to leave. I swear a lot more people keep saying they're going to leave. The funny thing is, I would be surprised if anybody left. This site is amazing. Just stick it out. :)

Remember, all moderators are busy busy busy. Preetha being the CEO of OpenStudy takes a lot of love and care from her daily life to put into this website. She can't fix certain profiles right at that moment. It can take a while, you just need to be patient. Earlier in the year, my profile didn't work for weeks. She will get to it when she can. :)

The moderators can't fix database issues, which is what causes profile issues. The database issues get prioritized. At the moment, well, I have seen some stability issues. That is probably taking the time of the code people. So a profile problem is probably getting a bit delayed.
