I think it's D. Hold office longer than two terms lasting four years since the President can originally only serve TWICE which is a 4 year serving per term which equals up to 8 years maximum besides the one exception of Roosevelt who served 3 times (12 years). The Governor serves a 4 year term as well except he/she doesn't have any boundaries or restrictions on how many times they can be elected.
