Fan & medal... One small business question. You received a shipment of a dozen candles and noticed out of the dozen, five had either cracks in the glass votive, or they were broken. As the buyer, you have the right to reject the entire shipment or part of the shipment. What are you covered under? express warranty perfect tender rule implied warranty seller’s right

OpenStudy (ankit042):

I am not sure but express warranty I guess

OpenStudy (leozap1):

I was thinking its implied warranty or possibly seller's right. I would think implied warranty because if its not in the warranty the company would not have to replace them and probably would not.

OpenStudy (leozap1):

It was B. :'(

OpenStudy (ankit042):

Ohh k sorry!
