Have you tried making a list side by side? Or pick some things that are similar and frame your essay around specific points.

Intro P = overview
Body P1 = how people see brutus and antony 
Body P2 = brutus and antony similarity about X (how they feel)
Body P3 = brutus and antony difference about X (how they feel)
Body P4 = comparison of brutus and antony's feelings or actions towards caesar. what does this say about them? any foreshadowing? (optional)
Conclusion = more overview!

 I'm not going to give you all the answers, but that is an example of an essay outline you could use. There are lots of websites that analyze Brutus and Antony.
