What are your thoughts on human-made protective structures and beach-nourishment projects? Are they worth the time, money, and ecological harm? Discuss at least one benefit and one drawback of each of these human attempts to counteract natural shoreline process.

i dont agree with them simply because it would cause more harm to the enviroment to make the structures and to nourish the beach, than it would bring good. Yeah, it would help protect humans when they need to be protected, but what of the trees it would take to make the wood to build these things? What of the fish that would over-populate and cut off food supply for the rest of the fish? The natural shoreline provides food and safety for fish many times in their short but helpful lives. How are we to harm them?
