An allele is a variant form of a gene - thats ur answer Trait - is the characteristic shown - phenotype if u want e.g. black hair, blue eyes... factors - wow, this is very vague, maybe something that can trigger a mutation like UV, i dunno but definitely its not the answer chromosome - the chromosome contains the genes
