The units digit is the 6 just to the left of the decimal point. The number will end there. The only thing you need to decide is whether the last digit will remain a 6 or will be raised to 7. The way you decide that is by looking at the next digit to the right. If the next digit is 5 or higher, then you raise the last digit by one. If the next digit is 0 through 4, you keep the last digit as it is. In your case, the digit to the right of the 6 is 0. Since 0 is from 0 to 4, you keep the 6 as it is and do not raise it to 7. The answer is 365,986
