How do I find how much bigger one circle is than the other?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do you mean the area of the circle? This is the formula of finding an area of a circle: (r^2)*3.14

3.14=pi

Is there a picture? Just find the area of each circle, and compare them.

I'm trying to find how many times one circle is larger than the other, but my answers don't match up.
