Okay, the first one is hard. I am not sure what to tell you. I CAN tell you that it is either A or C. The difference is that A is past tense and C is present tense. Maybe you'll be able to figure this out yourself. I also can't translate it, because it will come out as the same sentence. (>v<) Maybe you can think of it like this:

Falto: I forgot the spoon.
Falta: I still need the spoon.
