I don't know that stuff, but your teacher has told you to read page 2 and take notes so I suspect that is the way you will find the answers. Or, if not, you good use google and the internet.

like ive said posting your entire assignment as a question without even reading it over or trying it not only means your just wanting us to give you the answer also posting soo must at once makes people not want to help you and scares people off expecially when they could end up helping more than one person for the time it would take to help you

I'm 99% certain I could answer the questions after reading the material. But what's the point of my reading the material, when you are the one who needs to answer the questions? Cut out the middleman!
