Upton Sinclair and ABC doing investigative reporting are inocuous..items..Sinclair's book is an icon..
ABC was just a shill in a Union movement..and staged their spot using Union plants..out to create a story..

I will say one thing..you cannot get fresh hamburger in very many stores anymore..almost all of it comes pre-packaged and processed...now

At trial, a jury found all defendants liable for fraud, and the two reporters liable for trespass and breach of duty. However, because Food Lion had not sued for libel, the trial judge prohibited it from asking the jury for damages based on harm to its reputation from the broadcast. With this limitation, the jury awarded Food Lion only $1,400 on its fraud claim (for the costs of training new employees) and $1 each on the breach of duty and trespass claims. But when it came to punitive damages, the jury gave Food Lion $5.5 million. The trial judge, however, reduced the punitive award to $315,000."

I actually met one of the Union activists and he wasn't allowed
to do work for any Union by Court order..after this sham..the press maintains the people involved were reporters..this is a falsehood.
