How do you earn more points in Teamwork and Engagement?

For teamwork, i think by helping people, getting many fans and testimonials to prove that you are "Willing and eager to work with others." For engagement scores, you need to participate more on OS by posting questions and getting help you need to prove that you are engaging to "Developing life-long learning skills."
