I need help with trying to get it to pull up on my laptop. I'm over 10 lessons behind in Chemistry and it's because of this.

Maybe u should contact the school or professor. If that is the case, why didn't you contact them when it first happened instead of letting yourself fall behind by $\sf \color{red}{10~lessons}$!!!

Because the first virtual lab i had at the beginning of the year, i had no problem. and i didn't know i'd have a problem with it this time. & i lost my virtual lab cd for a few days anyways so that made me overdue on it also.. it's not like i did it on purpose???
