what is the value of 2/3cos^3(PI)?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think you might have meant cos^-1(2pi/3) : ) It's -1/2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I could be wrong....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Let me do more math...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sorry, I thought of the wrong thing... 2 pi/ three is the equivalent of 120 degrees. The reference angle is pi - 2 pi/3 = pi/ 3 or 60 deg. The value of cot is (cos/sin) and for the value of 2pi/3 is the square root of 3. Since it is in Quadrant II it is negative

OpenStudy (anonymous):

nope, its exactly what I typed :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I done similur things, and i get em mixxed up...sorry, and yeah
