I think you might have meant cos^-1(2pi/3) : ) It's -1/2
I could be wrong....

Sorry, I thought of the wrong thing... 2 pi/ three is the equivalent of 120 degrees. The reference angle is pi - 2 pi/3 = pi/ 3 or 60 deg. The value of cot is (cos/sin) and for the value of 2pi/3 is the square root of 3. Since it is in Quadrant II it is negative
