A giraffe whose neck measures 84 inches in length can reach the leaves of an acacia tree that is 28 inches away from his shoulders, as shown in the diagram below. How many inches above his shoulders can this giraffe reach leaves on this acacia tree? Round your answer to the nearest whole number.
