When segments intersect inside a circle, what is the relationship between the angle of intersection and the intercepted arcs?

Nick, I have to admit that I didn't know the answer to that. However, when I did an Internet search for "what is the rel. between the angle of intersection and the intercepted arcs," I found this site:
