Helloooo.
I don't really understand the first question for some reason lol but I will try to answer what I understand the question to be. Okay the United States supplied the people with weapons by having companies stop production on frivolous things like toys, some eletroncis, basically all the things that the American people can live without the government forced them to stop producing that and instead had those companies produce things like bombs. For example, a electron company would more than likely make the bombs and a toy company would make guns. << Furthermore, this is something that the u.s did in World War II it all depends on what war you are talking about to really tell you how the U.S supplied their troops because many time too the u.s gets imported weapons.
