Can someone please help me understand how to find the perimeter of my outline c=(2,1) D=(8,1) E=(2,2.1) F=(8,2.1) G=(4.5,2.1) H=(5.6,2.1) I=(4.5,5.1) J=(5.6,5.1) I will copy the outline below i'm just very confused I do not expect answers can someone just help me figure it out and make sure I do it correctly I would greatly appreciate it

If I look at the figure and at my notes I would do all these multiplied together to find the perimeter? or do I make them separate rectangles? I just want to understand this
