Would someone be able to help me with a small literature project that I'm working on for class? A partner and I are supposed to be 'lesson leaders' for chapter 45 of great expectations and one of the requirements is to have an 'enrichment activity', does anyone have any suggestions on how to engage my class in a discussion of the chapter? well one thing that you always keep in mind is what your activity revolves around. yea you can do a collage or something but that's a tad generic. for instance, Chapter 45 of this book is about Pip basically learning he is in trouble and needs to stay on the move, you could talk about what it's like to be a runaway, talk about some real life one's (Edward Snowden, Osama, Ect.) and how crazy it is, not knowing where you sleep or if your safe. maybe a little slide show to enhance the discussion. what's important I thing is that everyone understands the feelings and concepts of theme in the writing. :)
