well there is something developing in the egg. That would mean cell production and differentiation INcreases.
That would leave 2 answers; B and C.
Since we're talking about specific body parts like beak and wings, you could say that specialized tissue is produced. development of beak and wings has nothing to do with increase of gamete production.
