The formula for the area of a triangle is:$$\frac{ 1 }{ 2 }(base)(height) $$You need 8 of these triangles, so we multiply the formula by 8 to get..$$\frac{ 1 }{ 2 }bh(8)=4bh$$Finally, we add 20% to the area by multiplying our modified formula by 1.2 or 120%$$(1.2)4bh=4.8bh$$

You should be able to fit all of them within an area of:$$4.8 * [Base] * [Height]$$..where the 'Base' is the length of the base of 1 triangle and the 'height' is the length of the height of 1 triangle.
