Compute the total time required to establish a TCP connection, send a HTTP get request, and receive a file. Assume TCP, IP and data link headers of 20 bytes each, 100 bytes for the get request and 76800 bytes for the file. (assume that the big file is not fragmented into datagrams)

You're not giving enough information to properly solve; specifically the number of hops, connection speed, protocols, etc. This type of question should include a diagram of the networks in question.
