Algebra 17 Online
OpenStudy (anonymous):

if it's 3(6)^2 do multiply 3 and 6 first and then multiply the product by itself or multiply 6 by itself and then multiply the product by 3?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It was originally 3x^2 but x = 6

zepdrix (zepdrix):

Order of Operations tells us to perform `exponents` before `multiplication`. We square the 6 first.
