Taking notes while you read is extremely important,
To survey the chapters before you begin reading; To survey... not that important,
but for C you usually answer questions after you read I mean you can go back to reread and double-check but to answer a q as your reading well it would be out of context without reading the whole story. It's definitely an odd q... I guess th emost logical response is D, but my common sense tells me A :)
