Hello and Welcome to OpenStudy!!! :) slope intercept form is y = mx + b where m is slope and b is the y-intercept so from y = -1/3x + 3 you can tell that y intercept would be 3 and slope would be negative 1/3 therefore you have points (0, 3) from the y-intercept and next point would be down 1 right 3
